Islington Leaseholders AssociationDr Brian Potter, boycotts Islington council’s questionnaire and all subsequent actions relating to LBI’s So Called “Independent Tenants Adviser” (SCITA) process which will advise on the future of council housing in Islington in a way that Islington councillors and HFI can control, because the process is more of the usual undemocratic LBI gerrymandered political stitch up business.
