Our Guests this month are Cllr Ward (Chair of Housing and development) and Mr Richard Powell (project manager for major works consultation), Cllr Ward assures me that he will be answering questions on all/any leasehold issues effecting Islington council leaseholders…Including those currently managed by “Partners for Islington” under the PFI 1 + 2 Contracts…
I am also advised that a reporter from the “Islington Gazette” will, (hopefully) be attending…
Attendee’s are advised to arrive early so we can address the maximum number of issues at this meeting…
Since this will be a unique opportunity to place your complaints / questions before the Chair of Housing (In public) it should not be missed… Please impress upon any leaseholders you know that it is in their interest to attend these meetings regularly, and get answers that you can rely upon…straight away…..
