Please find Voluntary Lease Extensions fact sheet, used by Hyde for shared owners and leaseholders who do not have the statutory right. The voluntary extension is only available for Hyde residents and not PFI residents.

BBC are doing a programme looking at the experience of leaseholders when it comes to charges for repairing and maintaining communal buildings. They are keen to talk to people who can give them an insight into how this system works – are repairs/maintenance done promptly… is the quality of the work adequate… are the charges that are levied on leaseholders fair etc.? They may want you take part in program.

They are are also keen to talk to PFI leaseholders.

Please mail ILA 2-3 paragraphs with your experiences by Fri 8th May and well pas them on, thanks

Partners Leaseholders and Repairs surgery

Leasehold and Repairs surgery has been scheduled for:

27 February between 1500-1600 Committee Room 3 at Islington Town Hall.

The surgery is appointment only.

Details are on Partners website but please spread the word to any residents who you know would like to attend a surgery.

Residents can contact Partners on 0800 587 3595 or enquiries@partnersislington.net to book a slot.

There will also be the usual surgery at the town hall between 1730-1830 which will also be by appointment only. Places can be booked for this surgery now.
